Symphony of Light and Winter (Symphony of Light, #1)Symphony of Light and Winter by Renea Mason
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What I liked?
The synopsis and storyline of course caught my attention, along with the fact that my two favorite narrators were the readers on this tale. Moreover, as I listened, I noticed that the book had a sort of rhythm to it. It was almost musical, which was awesome. Renea Mason is an amazing writer. You see what she’s talking about and, despite the fact that the story is more of a fantasy, it still feels real.

FYI: Love me some Overton ☺

What I didn’t like?

Cyril was hot, but he also kind of pissed me off. A lot of times, he was just pissy for no reason and it got annoying after awhile. Yeah, Linden made her messes, but only due to trying to clean up his. And he always seems to forget that. However, based on his character and development, you get why he is acting this way. So, his attitude may be bothersome but it’s who he is.

Plus he's pretty hot too

Overall?
I will read absolutely anything that Renea Mason writes. She’s definitely lit. If you want fantasy and thrills with an erotic edge, you want this book.
