While Lopez’s Single Chicas is a collage of modern Latinas and the relationship struggles faced, the multifaceted tales are cross cultural and highly-relatable. It was humorous, heartbreaking, sweet and cheerful all at once. I’d recommend this and I can't wait to read more of Sandra Lopez's work.
